On 05.07.2022, the contractor, PRIMGEOSTROY, LLC, finished the engineering geological survey for the project of Asia Invest Group, LLC – the hotel complex with casino in Primorye Gambling Zone. Technical reports were provided to VLADPROEKTGRUP for preparation of the project design documentation.
PHYSICAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL CONDITIONS OF THE SITE AND ANTHROPOGENIC FACTORS
The intended construction site is in Primorsky region, in the territory of Artem Urban District, in the northwest of Ussuriysky Bay, south of Muravyinaya Bay.
For the climatic description of the intended construction site area (with regard to wind, temperature, atmospheric effects, precipitation, snow cover depths, humidity), data of long-term observations of Ozernye Klyuchi weather station were used (the nearest representative weather station) as well as data of climatic reference books, SP 131.13330.2020, SP 20.13330.2016.
Terrain, vegetation, soils
The terrain of the land and adjacent area is sag-and-swell. The site under exploration is on the southern forested slope of the hill.
Absolute heights of the site (by wellhead elevations) change from 48.3 m to 52.6 m, therefore the elevation change is 4.3 m.
There are broadleaved forests in the area.
RESULTS OF ENGINEERING SURVEYS
Geological and lithologic structure of the site
The geological and lithologic structure of the intended construction site is determined by its geological and geomorphological conditions. The geological and lithologic structure of the explored site consists of hard rocks of late Permian age of Sedanka intrusive rock unit (ϒ2Р2s) overlapped by a cover of slope diluvial deposits (dQ). The top soil of 0.10 m – 0.20 m is spread all over the area. Conditions of bedding of lithologic and genetic varieties of soils are shown in geological and lithologic logs (graphic document 22-38-ИГИ-Г-2) and engineering geological logs (graphic document 22-38-ИГИ-Г-3). Diluvial deposits represented by loam are spread all over the site under exploration and stripped by all boreholes. The soils underlie the top soil first from the surface.
